Is it possible to add options / services?
All our options and services are activated directly on site, allowing you to stay in the moment, savor the atmosphere, and follow your current desires.
The system is simple and discreet: your bank pre-authorization covers these choices (wines, erotic toys and accessories…).
This way, you only choose what appeals to you, without constraint or surprise.

How to make a reservation?
Our reservations are made exclusively online, on our website.

Can I book with complete discretion / confidentiality?
Absolutely. Discretion is one of our core values.
All personal data collected during booking is processed in accordance with GDPR and deleted or made inaccessible after use.
For payment, the name displayed on your bank statement is “SAS le puits”, corresponding to a restaurant in Annecy. Terms such as “love room” or any explicit indication never appear.

What are the different rates offered?
We apply a differentiated pricing policy.
Day formula: €180 for access from 12AM to 4 PM
Weekday overnight formula: €220 for access from 6 PM to 10 AM
Weekend overnight formula: €280 for access from 6 PM to 10 AM

What is a bank pre-authorization / security deposit?
The bank pre-authorization is linked to the reservation:
- It can only be used in case of late cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
The security deposit is linked to the stay:
- It is intended to cover any damage, theft, or breakage observed after your departure. If nothing is reported, this deposit is automatically released without any action on your part.
In both cases, it is not a payment, but a temporary hold of the amount on your card. No sum is debited without reason: everything is automatic and secure.
In case of cancellation

What are the cancellation conditions?
For any cancellation request, please contact us by email at: contact@00h01-annecy.fr.
The date of receipt of your message will be taken as proof.
Here are the applied terms:
- Cancellation within 48 hours if the booking is scheduled more than 14 days in advance: full refund.
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: no refund or rescheduling will be possible, except in cases of duly justified force majeure, in accordance with current legislation.

Arrival / Access / Check-in

Is it possible to come with more than 2 people?
No, the apartment is designed to accommodate 2 adults only.

How do I enter the accommodation?
The accommodation is equipped with a NUKI smart lock, offering you fully autonomous and discreet entry.
Here’s how it works:
- We will send you a unique code by email before your arrival.
- Download the NUKI app to your phone (simple and quick).
- Facing the lock, open the NUKI app, select the “00H01” tab, then “open door”: the lock will then automatically unlock. You can then lock it from the inside by selecting “lock door” on the app.
If there is any problem, it is possible to unlock the door remotely by contacting the following phone number: +33 6 32 75 02 23

Can I drop off my luggage before check-in time?
We do not offer a concierge service, but you will find some nearby (in the “good addresses” section).

What time can we arrive?
Check-in is autonomous, from 6 PM (for an overnight stay) and from 12 PM for a day slot.

Is it possible to arrive earlier?
Unfortunately no, as the time before is dedicated to our cleaning team to ensure you are welcomed in the best conditions.

Is it possible to bring my pet?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring your pets into the accommodation for obvious reasons of comfort and hygiene.

What happens if the smart lock doesn't work?
In case of a problem, a key box (containing a physical key) is located in the building’s lobby. The code will be provided to you by contacting us at this number: +33 6 32 75 02 23
Departure / Check-out

What time should I leave?
Check-out is at 10 AM (for an overnight stay) and at 4 PM (for a day slot).

How do I lock the accommodation after we leave?
There is no physical key. Everything is done via the NUKI mobile app. You simply need to close the door behind you and then select “lock door” from the application.

Is it possible to have a “late check-out” - leave later?
Unfortunately no, as our cleaning team intervenes after each stay.
However, if the accommodation is not booked on the same day, we can exceptionally offer a late check-out, for an additional fee.

What if I forget an item on site?
The access code we provide remains valid until the official check-out time. You can therefore return to retrieve your item freely until then.
After 10:00 AM, the code automatically deactivates and no longer allows entry into the accommodation.
If you realize after this time that an item has been forgotten, please contact our emergency number (+33 6 32 75 02 23), and a team member will come to open for you as soon as possible.

Do we need to clean before leaving?
Please leave the accommodation in a correct and clean state. A professional cleaning service then intervenes to ensure everything is impeccable for the next guests.

How to dispute the debit of my security deposit / pre-authorization?
If you believe the debit of your security deposit or bank pre-authorization is unjustified, you can send us a dispute request directly by email: contact@00h01-annecy.fr
It will be processed as quickly as possible, with the aim of finding the best possible agreement.
Location / Parking / Access

Where is the accommodation located?
The accommodation is located right in the city center, near the bus/train station. The address remains confidential and will be communicated to you once your reservation is made, in the confirmation email. We are committed to preserving the intimacy of the place.

Where can we park nearby?
The accommodation does not have parking, but you will easily be able to park nearby: Post Office parking, Train Station parking, among others… located a few minutes’ walk away.

Is the accommodation accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Due to the configuration of old buildings, the accommodation is located on the 3rd and top floor, accessible only by stairs.
It is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
We invite you to assess whether the person concerned can safely climb the stairs on their own.

Yes, you will find a Monoprix a few minutes’ walk away, among others.

Is the neighborhood safe?
Yes, you will be in the heart of Annecy city center, surrounded by shops & restaurants.

Is access to the accommodation secure?
Yes. Entry to the building is via a digital code, communicated in your booking confirmation.
The accommodation opens with a digital key and a unique code. You can also lock the door via the app or manually (by holding down the round button on the lock) for added security.

Is the accommodation equipped with cameras?
No cameras are present inside or outside the accommodation.

What do you do with the personal data collected (via booking)?
Collected data is processed in accordance with GDPR standards. It will be deleted or made inaccessible after use, to guarantee your confidentiality.

Is there equipment for music?
Yes, the accommodation has a waterproof speaker that you can move anywhere you like in the accommodation, including the bathroom.
Deezer is available for you to listen to the music of your choice. Feel free to be guided by our enchanting 00H01 playlist, specially designed to enhance the ambiance of the place and create a unique experience.

The bed dimensions are: 1.60m x 2m

Is there a TV?
Yes, the accommodation has a smart TV, allowing you to easily access your personal accounts (Netflix, for example).

Is it possible to eat in the apartment?
Yes, the apartment is equipped with a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking.
You will also find many restaurants nearby. Feel free to refer to our guide or good addresses section. It is also possible to have food delivered directly to the accommodation via Uber Eats or Deliveroo, among others.

Yes, you will have at your disposal: sheets and bath towels.

Absolutely, a hairdryer is available.

Smoking is prohibited inside (the apartment contains a lot of wood and flammable elements).

Is there a jacuzzi?
No. For hygiene reasons, we have chosen not to install a jacuzzi. Our XXL shower will provide an equally pleasant, if not more so, experience…

Is the accommodation well soundproofed?
The accommodation is not entirely soundproofed, but it benefits from excellent insulation that effectively limits noise.

Is there a terrace or an outdoor space?
No, the accommodation does not have an outdoor space. It is designed as an intimate cocoon, hidden from view.

Is there air conditioning / heating?
Yes, the accommodation has a reversible system allowing you to enjoy a cool space in summer and a warm one in winter.
You can adjust the temperature directly from the remote control provided.

00H01 was designed as an à la carte, intimate, and free experience.
Included in the rental price (and self-service accessible):

And to go further…:
We have imagined a unique concept.
Rather than a pre-selected toy box, 00H01 offers a display of erotic objects and accessories, directly on site. You can make your own selection. The mechanism is as follows:
- Each item is presented individually in a transparent box (with its price)
- The item is kept sealed in the box by a zip tie
- Once you have made your choice, simply release the item by cutting the zip tie
- This action constitutes a selection, and the item is then naturally added to your experience (price charged to your bank pre-authorization).
- You only choose what appeals to you, at your own pace, according to your desires…
- Everything is an invitation. Nothing is an obligation.

To preserve the surprise, we prefer not to reveal everything, but each element is designed to help you let go, immerse yourself in a sensual atmosphere, and spice up your evening.

The accommodation is equipped with a wine cellar offering a selection of wines (red, rosé, dry white, sweet white, champagne). Like a mini-bar, you can consume what you wish on site. The cost of the bottle will then be deducted from your bank pre-authorization.

Our 00H01 accommodation offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, far from flashy, gaudy clichés.
Designed as an elegant boudoir, it combines premium equipment and sensual installations to awaken the senses and offer an intimate, refined, and comfortable experience, where pleasure and sophistication meet.

Is there a particular scent or ambiance?
Yes, we have developed a signature olfactory ambiance, halfway between sensuality and comfort.

Are toys or accessories provided?
You can bring your own toys, but we provide items that can be unlocked on site (see “naughty items” section).
Hygiene / Maintenance

What hygiene measures are in place?
We use strict cleaning procedures. Our teams intervene after each stay; everything is cleaned and disinfected to offer you the best possible experience.
The toys provided in the display cases are for single use. Once purchased, you are free to use them and take them with you if you wish.

How to use them?
When confirming your reservation, you can enter the unique code on your gift voucher. The associated amount will be automatically deducted at the time of payment.

Are they valid every day?
Gift vouchers are valid for all our packages, as well as for additional options and services.
On-site consumption will be deducted from the gift voucher amount. In case of exceeding the amount, the difference will be charged to the bank pre-authorization.
