00h01 Internal Rules

By confirming your reservation, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Reservations and General Terms and Conditions of the “00H01” love room

 

Reservations

Any person wishing to stay at the “00h01” love room must provide proof of identity and age, as well as those of their partner. The apartment is exclusively intended for two adults, and access is prohibited to minors.

 

Pets and smoking

Pets are not allowed within the establishment. It is also strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

 

Respect for the Neighborhood

The client undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and to avoid any noise nuisance, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. In the event of a serious, repeated, or proven breach (noise disturbance, neighborhood complaints, police intervention), the owner reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately.

 

Prohibited Activities

The conduct of any professional activity as well as any action contrary to French law and public decency are strictly prohibited.

2. Deposit

Upon validation of your reservation, a security deposit of €500 will be required in the form of a bank pre-authorization.

This deposit covers any potential damages, breaches of the rules, or additional fees identified after the stay.

In the event of clearly excessive and abnormal water or electricity consumption, as determined by meter readings or comparison with standard usage for a stay of the same duration, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the security deposit, subject to supporting documentation.

3. Gift Card

 

Validity

Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

Extension

The validity of the card can be extended by three months, subject to a 20% surcharge on the initial amount.

 

Terms of Use

Gift cards are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable. They cannot be renewed or exchanged. No refund will be issued for any unused amount.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by email to the following address:

Cancellation Schedule

  • Cancellation within 48 hours if the booking is scheduled more than 14 days in advance: full refund.
  • Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% refund.

 

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: no refund or rescheduling will be possible, except in cases of duly justified force majeure, in accordance with current legislation.

6. Internal Rules

These Internal Policies apply to all bookings. By staying at 00h01, you agree to all specific terms and conditions, as well as these regulations.

 

Non-Compliance with the Internal Policies

Non-compliance with these Internal Policies—specifically in cases of dangerous behavior, property damage, serious nuisance, or prohibited activity—may result in immediate eviction from the premises.

In such cases, no refund for any remaining nights may be requested.

 

Damages and Negligence

Any property damage or failure to comply with safety and hygiene rules engages your responsibility and will result in additional charges.

7. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in

 

Daytime Experience Check-in is available from 12:00 PM. An inventory is available upon your arrival. Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported immediately to avoid any subsequent charges. Overnight Experience: Check-in is available from 6:00 PM. An inventory is available upon your arrival. Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported immediately to avoid any subsequent charges. Check-out

Daytime Experience Check-out must take place before 4:00 PM. The apartment must be left clean and tidy. Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported immediately to avoid any subsequent charges. Overnight Experience:

Check-out must take place before 10:00 AM on the day following the reservation. The apartment must be left clean and tidy. Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported immediately to avoid any subsequent charges All linens (towels, bathrobes, etc.) must be left on-site.

 

8.Accessibility

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.

9. Damages and Disturbances

 

Responsability

You are responsible for any damage you may cause within the apartment.

 

Billing

In the event of theft, damage, or deterioration of the accommodation or its equipment, the client shall be held liable for the full amount of the actual restoration costs. This includes repair costs, the replacement of damaged property, and, where applicable, the loss of revenue resulting from the inability to re-rent the accommodation. These costs will be determined based on quotes, invoices, and supporting documentation.

 

Noise Disturbances

LThe peace and quiet of the premises are essential. Any excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, is strictly prohibited.

10. Responsabilité et Assurance

The owner declines all liability in the event of an accident, injury, or any other damage resulting from the improper use of the provided equipment.

11. Force Majeure

 

Unforeseen Events

The owner cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to exceptional circumstances beyond their control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

 

ProcéCancellation Procedure in Case of Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, each party will be released from its obligations without penalty. If a cancellation is necessary, the client will be refunded according to the applicable terms.

12. Personal Data Protection

 

Use of Data

LeThe personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to manage your stay and will never be shared with third parties without your consent (GDPR).

 

Customer Rights

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. You can exercise this right by contacting us directly.

13. Use of Equipment

 

Specific Instructions

The instructions for using equipment such as the smart speaker and electronic devices will be provided in the guide.

 

Liability in the Event of Improper Use

TouAny damage caused by improper use of the equipment will be charged to the client.

14. Visitor Policy

No Visitors Allowed

Access to the apartment is strictly limited to the individuals registered at the time of booking. No other persons are permitted to enter the apartment.

15. Hygiene and Cleanliness Rules

Apartment Maintenance

Guests are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition throughout their stay.

 

Additional Cleaning Fees

In case of non-compliance with cleanliness rules, additional cleaning fees may be charged at € per hour, based on the actual time required to restore the accommodation.

16. Termination Clauses

 

Owner’s Rights

The owner reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions.

 

Refunding

EIn the event of a reservation termination by the owner due to non-compliance with the terms, a refund will be issued within 72 hours.

17. Internet Usage Policy

Usage Acceptable

The use of the provided internet connection must not be used for any illegal activities.

18. Amendment of the Rules

Changes to the Terms

These house rules may be amended at any time. However, the version applicable to the stay is the one in effect on the date of booking and accepted by the guest.
