By confirming your reservation, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Reservations and General Terms and Conditions of the "00H01" love room
Reservations
Any person wishing to stay at the “00h01” love room must provide proof of identity and age, as well as those of their partner. The apartment is exclusively intended for two adults, and access is prohibited to minors.
Pets and smoking
Pets are not allowed within the establishment. It is also strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
Respect for the Neighborhood
The client undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and to avoid any noise nuisance, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. In the event of a serious, repeated, or proven breach (noise disturbance, neighborhood complaints, police intervention), the owner reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately.
Prohibited Activities
The conduct of any professional activity as well as any action contrary to French law and public decency are strictly prohibited.
2. Deposit
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a security deposit of €500 will be required in the form of a bank pre-authorization.
This deposit covers any potential damages, breaches of regulations, or additional costs observed after your stay.
In case of clearly excessive and abnormal consumption of water or electricity, verified by meter reading or comparison with standard usage for a stay of the same duration, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the security deposit, with supporting documents.
3. Gift Card
Validity
Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Extension
The validity of the card can be extended by three months, subject to a 20% surcharge on the initial amount.
Terms of Use
Gift cards are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable. They cannot be renewed or exchanged. No refund will be issued for any unused amount.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by email to the following address:

Cancellation Schedule
- Cancellation within 48 hours if the booking is scheduled more than 14 days in advance: full refund.
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: no refund or rescheduling will be possible, except in cases of duly justified force majeure, in accordance with current legislation.
6. Internal Rules
These Internal Policies apply to all bookings. By staying at 00h01, you agree to all specific terms and conditions, as well as these regulations.
Non-Compliance with the Internal Policies
Non-compliance with these Internal Policies—specifically in cases of dangerous behavior, property damage, serious nuisance, or prohibited activity—may result in immediate eviction from the premises.
In such cases, no refund for any remaining nights may be requested.
Damages and Negligence
Any property damage or failure to comply with safety and hygiene rules engages your responsibility and will result in additional charges.
7. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in

Night Experience: Check-in is from 6:00 PM. An inventory is available upon your arrival. Any anomaly or missing item must be reported immediately to avoid subsequent billing. In case of late arrival, please contact us at +33 6 32 75 02 23 or at contact@00h01-annecy.fr
Check-out
Day Experience: Check-out must be before 4:00 PM. The apartment must be left clean and tidy. Any anomaly or missing item must be reported immediately to avoid subsequent billing. In case of late arrival, please contact us at +33 6 32 75 02 23 or at contact@00h01-annecy.fr
Overnight Experience:
Check-out must be before 10:00 AM the day after the reservation. The apartment must be left clean and tidy. Household linen (towels, bathrobes, etc.) must be left on site.
8.Accessibility
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.
9. Damages and Disturbances
Responsability
You are responsible for any damage you may cause within the apartment.
Billing
In the event of theft, damage, or deterioration of the accommodation or its equipment, the client shall be held liable for the full amount of the actual restoration costs. This includes repair costs, the replacement of damaged property, and, where applicable, the loss of revenue resulting from the inability to re-rent the accommodation. These costs will be determined based on quotes, invoices, and supporting documentation.
Noise Disturbances
LThe peace and quiet of the premises are essential. Any excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, is strictly prohibited.
10. Responsabilité et Assurance
Limitation of Liability
The owner declines all responsibility in case of accident, injury, or any other damage resulting from improper use of the equipment provided.
11. Force Majeure
Unforeseen Events
The owner cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to exceptional circumstances beyond their control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
ProcéCancellation Procedure in Case of Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, each party will be released from its obligations without penalty. If a cancellation is necessary, the client will be refunded according to the applicable terms.
12. Personal Data Protection
Use of Data
LeThe personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to manage your stay and will never be shared with third parties without your consent (GDPR).
Customer Rights
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. You can exercise this right by contacting us directly.
13. Use of Equipment
Specific Instructions
Instructions for using equipment such as the connected speaker and electronic devices will be described in the guide.
Responsibility for Misuse
Any damage caused by misuse of the equipment will be charged to the client.
14. Visitor Policy
No Visitors Allowed
Access to the apartment is strictly limited to the individuals registered at the time of booking. No other persons are permitted to enter the apartment.
Penalties

15. Hygiene and Cleanliness Rules
Apartment Maintenance
Guests are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition during their stay.
Additional Cleaning Fees
In case of non-compliance with cleanliness rules, additional cleaning fees may be charged at € per hour, based on the actual time needed to restore the accommodation to its original condition.
16. Termination Clauses
Owner’s Right
The owner reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of non-compliance with the general terms and conditions.
Refund
In case of reservation cancellation by the owner due to non-compliance with the conditions, a refund will be issued within 72 hours.
